Rita da Nova: Rita graduated in Communication Sciences, hoping to become a journalist, but she quickly discovered other forms of communication that she preferred more. She has a travel and books blog, and is the host of the podcast Livra-te and co-host of the podcast Terapia de Casal.
She published the novels As Coisas que Faltam in 2023, Quando os Rios se Cruzam in 2024, and Apesar do Sangue in 2025.
Guilherme Fonseca: Guilherme is a comedian with a solid background in comedy writing and stand-up, where he has been performing since 2006. He has four solo comedy shows, including Pessoa and Não Faz Sentido, both available on YouTube. As a screenwriter, he has worked at Canal Q and SIC Radical, where he contributed to shows such as Tabu, Donos Disto Tudo, and 5 Para a Meia-Noite, and he currently writes for Isto é Gozar com Quem Trabalha on SIC. He is also the co-creator of the podcasts Terapia de Casal, with Rita da Nova, and Private Joke, with Pedro Silva, where they comment on current pop culture.
He has also written three books: Terapia de Casal, Que Pouca Vergonha, and Deve Ser Deve, where he reflects, with ironic and critical humor, on everyday life.
Weekly podcast where Rita da Nova and Guilherme Fonseca discuss light or non-controversial topics about romantic relationships, sharing personal experiences and open conversations. In some episodes, they welcome “experts” who are actually friends, making the discussions even more fun and unpredictable.
